All new patients will have a consultation & postural/spinal examination. This is how we formulate a Diagnosis & come up with a Treatment plan. This new visit appointment is scheduled for 30min and costs $95. IF YOUR INSURANCE allows for us to bill them directly, then Yes, we will Direct Bill your Insurance on your Behalf.
Please make sure to bring in your plan policy/ID & Group number as this would be required.
Direct Billing is most often enabled by:
Pacific Blue Cross, Great West Life, Canada Life, Sunlife, Manulife, Greenshield, Desjardin, Claim Secure, Equitable Life, Jonson Group, and More!
Currently, most extended health providers do allow us to bill them directly for Chiropractic Intial Visits & Follow Up Visits.
We do accept & appreciate cash, debit & Visa & Mastercard, but not AMEX.
Our office makes will provided you with the necessary paperwork required for reimbursement if direct billing isn't an option.
