Heel Taps 1. Start by lying on your back, knees bent at 90 degrees, feet flexed in the air. 2. Keeping your back flat on the mat, exhale as you lower your heels to the ground keeping space between your thighs and calves. 3. Pause as your heels tap the ground and inhale back up to start. |
