Exercise of the Day:

  • Sit-Ups! Crunches! (for core stability, abdomen & neck stabilizers)

There are so many variety of ways to do sit-ups. The conventional method, crunches, adding a rotational component, using a Swedish ball, focusing on the upper abs, the lower abs, the transfer abdominal muscles, etc. Make sure not to strain your neck when performing sit-ups. And remember, it’s not the # of sit-ups you do, it’s the quality and technique of the sit-up.
