Stretch of the Day:
- The Upper Trapezius Stretch! Grasp the wrist or hand from behind and pull the arm gently to the opposite side. Tilt your head away from the lowered shoulder moving the ear toward the top of the opposite shoulder. Hold this stretch for 15-30-seconds and repeat sides. Repeat throughout the day as needed.
