You will need your ICBC claim number and Personal Health Number (PHN) when arranging treatment.
ICBC treatment provisions and fees can change. Coverage also depends on the circumstances of the individual claim. Patients should confirm current eligibility and coverage with ICBC when necessary.
Direct Billing for ICBC Chiropractic Treatment
Eligible ICBC chiropractic treatment may be billed directly to ICBC according to ICBC's applicable treatment fees and billing rules.
Coverage should not automatically be interpreted to mean that every service or fee is completely covered. Depending on the provider, service and circumstances of the claim, a patient may be responsible for charges that exceed the amount payable by ICBC.
