- The Tree Hugger Stretch! This is a NEW one & thanks to Renata and her clan for this one! Perfect for the BC tree lovers out there, find a tree (or a wall) and reach high up with your hands as you lean onto the tree. Reach upwards as you arch your back and follow the contours of the tree/wall. Big breath in and hold for 10-15 seconds. Enjoy the stretch and the great outdoors!
