Lower back pain can result from many causes, including:
- Muscle strain
- Restrictions in the movement of the spinal joints or pelvis (sacroiliac joints)
- Lifting
- Disc injuries
- Weakness of the core muscles which support your lower back
Sometimes lower back problems can cause pain, tingling or numbness in your legs and feet.
If you experience back pain that lasts more than a few days, consult a chiropractor for an assessment.
