ICBC Injury Claim

Dr. Michael Horowitz is a registered ICBC Chiropractic provider. This means that for chiropractic treatment, there are NO FEES CHARGED with valid ICBC claims, even if you are at fault. Our office will Direct Bill ICBC on your behalf so you do not have to pay out of pocket. All you need to do is to provide your claim number so we can confirm that you are covered.

    • Registered Acupuncture (reimbursed to the patient)
  • Active Rehab/Kinesiology/Personal Training (potentially no cost to the patient)

Your medical benefits

No matter who's at fault, most people qualify for medical benefits such as chiropractic & massage therapy. If you do, your Basic Autoplan policy will help pay for your medical care and treatment.
