Each session is intended to provide you with an Exercise of the Day, one of our favourite activities that will help you build strength in areas of your body that need to be strong in order to support your posture & maintain your spinal alignment.Physical Exercise is an important component of Spinal Hygiene. Combining regular physical exercise, stretching and Chiropractic Spinal Check-Ups: these help keep your body flexible, in proper alignment and in top physical form.
