EXERCISE OF THE DAY -
Lying Hip Adduction

1. Start by lying on your side supporting your head with your hand, legs straight and slightly moved forward. With your top leg, bend your knee so your foot is flat on the ground in front of bottom knee.

2. Exhale as you slowly lift bottom leg off the ground as high as you can.

3. Pause at top and inhale as you slowly lower leg back to start. Repeat.
