Front Plank on Ball
1. Start by placing your elbows and forearms on the stability ball, clasping your palms together making a triangle with your arms. Elbows should be under your shoulders.
2. Slowly straighten one
leg and then the other so your body is lifted off the ground. Keep your hips
in line with your spine and your chest lifted away from the ball.
3. Hold for 30-60sec.
