EXERCISE OF THE DAY

Donkey Kicks

1. Start by getting on all fours, elbows bent, head down and knees directly under hips.

2. Keeping your right leg bent at the knee, exhale as you drive your leg up, bottom of the foot reaching for the ceiling.

3. Inhale as you slowly lower back to start. Repeat on the same leg for 15-20reps. Switch legs.
