EXERCISE OF THE DAY

Chest Press Laura Morris, Vancouver Personal Trainer

1. Using a flat bench, start by lying on a bench, back flat, feet planted firmly on the ground.

2. Hold dumbbells straight over chest with palms facing away from head.

3. Inhale as you lower weights down bending at the elbows until your palms are about even with your chest.

4. Exhale and push arms back to start. Repeat.
