Stretch of the Day:

  • The Standing Back Extensor Stretch! This stretch feels so good! Standing, place the palms of your hands on your lower back with the fingers pointing towards the ground. With feet shoulder width apart, now extend your shoulders & elbows backwards as you push your hips & back forward. Go as far as comfortable and squeeze for 15-seconds. This is a great stretch first thing in the morning and also good throughout the day while taking breaks from hours of office desk sitting.
