Stretch of the Day:
- The Torso-Twist (3) Stretch! (A) Lying on the ground facing the sky, you’re your knee to your chest and hold for 15-30-seconds. (B) Now you’re your knee to opposite shoulder and hold for 15-30-seconds. (C) Lastly, assist your knee & leg in rotation to one side as your head & arm rotate in opposite direction. Make sure yours shoulders & neck stay down to ground.
