FREE Stretch of the Day!!

Stretch of the Day:

  • The Rock-n-Roll Stretch! Laying on your back bend both knees towards your chest. With both arms wrapped around your knees squeeze the knees towards the chest. To assist the stretch rock forward & backward each time squeezing the knees to the chest just a little bit tighter. Repeat 20 times. ROTATIONAL DIMENSION – add a rotational component to this stretch by gently twisting both knees to one side until they rest on the ground. Keep your shoulders on the ground & your arms extended during this stretch. Now the opposite side and repeat 3-5-times.
