Stretch of the Day:
- The Happy Baby Pose Stretch! Lying on your back bend your knees with your feet dangling in the air above you. Hold onto the outside of the feet with the feet flexed so that the undersides of your feet are facing the sky. Pull the feet & legs towards the body with a maximal flexion in the hips & knees. Hold for 15-seconds. Gently alternate pressures from one side to the next while bending & extending each leg. You should feel a nice stretch in the groin & muscles of the upper leg and pelvis.
