FREE Stretch of the Day!!

Stretch of the Day:

  • The Modified Child’s-Pose Stretch! This stretch is borrowed from yoga. It’s a relaxation stretch but with a slight modification you will feel a great stretch in your back and thorax. Kneeling on the ground with your arms forward resting on your forearms, reach forward and then pull backwards with your pelvis and torso. Your arms are fixed to the ground so the backward pull has an elongation affect on the muscles around the spine and torso. Hold this stretch for 10-15-seconds and repeat several times.
