Stretch of the Day:
- The IT Band Stretch! Standing upright, cross the leg with the tight IT Band behind the other leg & begin to lean to the pain free side. Bend at the waist until a stretch is felt over the outside of the hip & leg on the side of tightness. Hold for 15-30-seconds & repeat sides. This stretch is very good for runners or those experiencing pain & tightness at the knee & the outside of the thigh.
