EXERCISE OF THE DAY -
Supermans

1. Start by lying on your stomach, arms over your head, palms facing down, legs about hip width apart.

2. Exhale as you lift opposite arm, opposite leg as high as you can off the ground.

3. Pause, and inhale arm and leg back down to start. Switch sides.
