Dr. Michael Horowitz
is a 2000 graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, Canada. After briefly practicing in North York, Ontario, he decid
ed to relocate to Vancouver, BC. Dr. Michael Horowitz undergraduate studies are in Biology and Kinesiology with an emphasis on Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling. His goal is to build a community of well-adjusted spines from the Hycroft Medical Building. Dr. Michael Horowitz combines nutritional support, stress management techniques, soft tissue techniques, and spinal adjustments with the goal of freeing up stress of the spine and nervous system.

enjoys outreach opportunities with various community organizations and events where he can educate companies or individuals about health-related topics. Through outreach events, he offers support in conducting postural and spinal evaluations.

"My role as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) is to diagnose and treat imbalances of the spine, the muscles, and the nervous system. Chiropractic is a hands-on, safe and effective option for treating aches and pains within the body. My goal is to educate and grow a community of well-adjusted spines with an emphasis on wellness and prevention of chronic back pain. Balance, posture and flexibility of the spine are paramount. Maximizing human health potential through regulating the nervous system and its influence on the body is the key service I offer my patients."

Dr. Michael Horowitz has a special interest in occupational strain and postural imbalance. Sports injuries, ICBC claims (motor vehicle accidents), whiplash, headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, disc injuries and degenerative arthritis, are conditions commonly treated.
