Tatiana Maranda, MEd, RCC - Biography
Whether you feel stressed, overwhelmed or have difficulties in your personal life, I can help you to face your struggles head on. I will empower, support and gently challenge you as we walk together on your journey to better health, deeper trusting relationships and more fulfilling life.
Over the past 10 years working as life skills coach and counsellor I discovered my true passion for helping men and women overcome many of the challenges including issues of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, childhood physical or emotional traumas, perfectionism, life-transitions, dissatisfaction with life.
Besides 'talk therapy' our work will involve role-playing, movement, guided imagery and reflective exercises. These tools are used to identify and address hidden and subconscious issues so you can better understand past experiences and their effect on the present, and release feelings such as sadness, anger, guilt or shame.
I graduated Master’s program in Counselling Psychology at UBC and specialize in the area of childhood and and traumas. I am experienced working with symptoms of distress due to motor vehicle accident (MVA) and my counselling services services are covered as long as ICBC claim number.
Tatiana will be available at Hycroft on Thursdays by Appointment.
