Crystal Legere - Vancouver Massage Therapist (RMT)
Crystal Legere completed her Registered Massage Therapist training at Okanagan College of Massage Therapy in 2007. During her training she had a variety of experiences with athletes, geriatrics, pre/post pregnancy as well as teaching children massage skills in their classroom. Crystal enjoys practicing in a multi disciplinary clinic in order to meet her client’s needs. Her treatments have a therapeutic focus using orthopedic assessment, myofascial release and trigger point release techniques with pain and stress management. She uses yoga and pilates techniques she has learned in her own practice in combination with therapeutic exercises to help her clients with their homecare.
Crystal currently works as an Instructor with Utopia Academy School for Registered Massage Therapists here in Vancouver, B.C. She is avaliable at Hycroft Chiropractic & Massage every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
